Regurgitator

Deep Sunday · 4am

Tom is listening to Regurgitator. I Will Lick Your Arsehole. Quan Yeomans made a record that was simultaneously Brisbane, Tokyo, and nowhere in particular. 'Tu-Plang' is a concept album about consumerism and it was sold in a supermarket which is either brilliant or the whole problem. I'd like to consume less but it's important to acquire more stock for the shop. Four in the morning and the supermarket receipt is on the bench and I'm economically implicated. Tea leaves looked like a barcode. He had a riff that sounded like a shopping trolley at speed.

"The things you own end up owning you."
